The same story as the previous post. A different capture on the same day.
My first try on astrophotography. Captured in a seashore at Kollam Kerala. I noticed a cluster of stars and I was thinking isn't that what I think it is... I caltured a trial shot pointed directly up in the sky and confirmed my suspicion. Once I understood that I spotted it, I walked along the shores to find a darker area and found this place where I could almost identify the pattern with naked eye. Composing the shot was tricky as sand was too loose and there were some vines, which almost tripped me over. Finally I went for this composition (and few others).
Continuing with the high contrast bnw series. Tomorrow I'll post a colour photograph. If you have been following my feed, this is from the series on circus performers.
Consumed
A similar story like yesterday's post. Instead of selling chickpeas, this stall sells ice cream. Quite a common scene in some of mou beaches.
Morning view from Kovalam beach in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. Not a place where you can see the rising sun, but a lovely place to spend some time for sure. The best time to visit is September end to December; during that time the ocean recedes to reveal a longer beach.
A high contrast capture. The purpose of blacking out the entire frame was to bring focus on the people who were selling chickpeas (boiled along with a touch of masala and vegetables). Others are slightly visible in the frame too since I didn't want it to be unrealistic. Captured on the Canon M50 II during an evening walk at the beach.
Continuing with the high contrast circus scenes. In this performance, the performer climbs up the two suspended clothes and perform various tricks like these and sudden falls.
